Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Novvo ("Novvo", "we", "us") collects when you visit novvomarketing.com (the "Site") or contact us through it, how we use that information, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies only to the Site. Our website check tool, Site IQ, has its own privacy policy at https://siteiqseo.com/privacy. Work we do for clients is covered by the separate written agreement we sign with each client.
1. Who we are
Novvo is a marketing agency. The Site is hosted on Vercel. Contact details are at the end of this policy.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us
When you use the contact form on the Site, you may provide:

The form may also carry hidden fields filled from links (for example from Site IQ), such as source, url, tip, city, interest, and category. A honeypot field is used only to catch spam and is not used for marketing.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our hosting provider (Vercel) may create server logs that include your IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We use your IP address briefly to limit repeated form submissions. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or other third-party tracking cookies on the Site. The Site may use a service worker that stores public pages on your device so pages load faster; that storage stays on your device.
2.3 Information we do not collect through the Site
We do not ask for payment card numbers on the Site. We do not create user accounts on the Site.
3. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- respond to your inquiry and follow up about Novvo services;
- operate, secure, and improve the Site;
- prevent spam and abuse;
- comply with law where required.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information with service providers who help us run the Site:

If you later become a client, we may also use tools needed to deliver services under a separate agreement. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security.
5. Retention
We keep contact form inquiries that do not become clients for 12 months from our last contact, then delete or de-identify them unless a longer period is required by law or needed for an ongoing dispute. Hosting logs are kept according to our host's plan (often hours to days).
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, to opt out of certain sharing, or to appeal a denied request. For California residents, in the past 12 months the categories we may have collected include identifiers (name, email, IP address), professional information you choose to share (website and project details), location details you choose to provide (city or address passed from a link), and internet activity (server logs). We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise rights, email us at the address below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
For visitors in the EU, EEA, or UK, Novvo is the controller of the personal information described here. We process contact form data to take steps at your request before a contract, and we process logs and abuse prevention based on legitimate interests in running a secure site. Information is processed in the United States. You may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and complaint to a supervisory authority. If we rely on consent, you may withdraw it.
9. International transfers
If you visit from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards with providers.
10. Links and other sites
The Site may link to Site IQ and other third-party sites. Their privacy practices are their own. Site IQ's policy is at https://siteiqseo.com/privacy.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new effective date at the top of this page.
